Returns true if the DNA value of an UMA Avatar satisfies the given comparison number; otherwise, returns false

Parameters

Name	Description
Avatar	The game object with UMA Avatar type component attached
Dna Name	The name of the DNA, whose value is being compared
Comparison	The comparison operation preformed between two values
Compare To	A number that is compared against the value of DNA
